Dent Disease and Lowe Syndrome

Dent Disease is an inherited X-linked recessive chronic kidney disorder that results in damage to the proximal tubules of the kidney.

Lowe Syndrome is a rare X-linked genetic condition that affects the eyes, brain and kidneys.
